The Chocolate are made of only Cacao beans & Beet sugar.
The workshop is Not including about Conching & Tempering.
So, the chocolate is as Cacao & Sugar taste and cranky.
Max 8 persons can join together. Children can take part of the workshop safety because perticipants don't use fire.

You can start to roast coffee in your house.
The woekshop is using Green beans 200g.
We wounder you taste your roasted coffee with Yakushima pure water.
We recommend for who don't drink coffee everyday too.
We make good hot coffee evenif cool down.
Tast your roasted and ground coffee and we make your package you can take.
