Espresso Mitake no Sato

Shochu Mitake x Coffee: Coffee beans soaked in shochu from Yakushima are roasted, extracted into espresso, and bottled as is.

 The mountains that tower high in the center of Yakushima have been revered since ancient times as sacred mountains where gods reside, and each village is named after the ontake located upstream of the river that flows into them. Yakushima has had a tradition of "mountain worship" since ancient times, and it is said that the name "Mitake Sake Brewery" comes from the "Mitake Pilgrimage," a pilgrimage to these three mountains.
 Yakushima Roaster has a roasting workshop located close to Mitake Brewery, and it was through this connection that this new product was born.
 Yakushima Roaster's coffee is ground with water from Yakushima and carefully hand-roasted. Their shochu, Mitake, is smooth and easy to drink, yet still retains the rich flavor of sweet potato.
 "Mitake no Sato" is a non-alcoholic coffee that combines the aroma of Mitake shochu. Enjoy this new sensation, made with water from Yakushima.

 [How to enjoy espresso bottles]
 1. Espresso We recommend sweetening concentrated coffee (as a cafe base) with hot or iced coffee!
 2. Americano/Cafe au Lait: Dilute with 2-3 times the amount of water, hot water, or milk.
 3. Cocktail: Mix with soda and squeeze in citrus juice
 4. Affogato: Try a new texture by pouring chilled espresso over ice cream.
 5. Secret ingredient: As a secret ingredient in curry, sauces, and other dishes
