Made with beans from the Chakisso region, known for its high quality beans, this coffee is characterized by the rich mocha flavor of natural mocha, as well as its sour, sweet, and clean aftertaste.
Only the red berries of uniform ripeness are hand-picked in the ideal growing environment of volcanic ash soil.
We use green beans that are certified organic by the Japanese Organic Standards (JAS) and do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also do not use genetically modified seeds. No chemicals are used in any of the processes, including transportation (ship), storage, or manufacturing (roasting and packaging).
