 This specialty quality organic Brazilian coffee from Mattas de Minas has a clean cup and a rich aroma with a clean, refreshing taste.
 We use green beans that are certified organic by the Japanese Organic Standards (JAS) and do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also do not use genetically modified seeds. No chemicals are used in any of the processes, including transportation (ship), storage, or manufacturing (roasting and packaging).
