Peruvian Organic Santuario

Organic Peruvian Santuario Origin: Aprocasi Agricultural Cooperative, San Ignacio and Jaén counties, Cajamarca Department, Republic of Peru Variety: Typica, Caturra, Catuay, Catimor Selection method: Washed Soft texture with a gentle sweetness, chocolate aroma, vanilla, orange acidity and a juicy body.
It contains a high proportion of traditional varieties, and is a high-quality coffee that has little impurities even when cooled.
We use high-quality organic fertilizer made from the droppings of a seabird unique to Peru called "guano," which allows us to produce high-quality organic produce.
We use green beans that are certified organic by the Japanese Organic Standards (JAS) and do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also do not use genetically modified seeds. No chemicals are used in any of the processes, including transportation (ship), storage, or manufacturing (roasting and packaging).
